CANARIAS
Title: “Fragments and pieces of Gaudí”.
Technique: Acrylic on canvas and acrylic markers.

Inspiration

“The idea arose from a study in which artificial intelligence recreated organic structures and the union of fragments of mosaics found in many of the Gaudí’s works, drawing inspiration from his masterpieces and merging the past with the present.

Gaudism, a contemporary and futuristic proposal by Ariadna Giménez, inspires this project. It places the base of the dress with these lines and spherical shapes and wants to recreate these spaces. The way they meet the headdress and the ten spheres that compose it were recreated based on real images of the existing mosaics on facades by Gaudí, such as those of the Park Güell or Casa Vicens.”
